As part of our service, we can measure your material for you. Our site surveyor will visit your job twice, once to complete an initial measure for estimation, then again before your job to take your final measure. To work out the volume of material needed, multiply the area of your space by the depth to be filled. Make sure all measurements are converted to metres before calculating:
Cubic Metres = Area (m²) × Depth (m)

We use a range of concretes & liquid screeds from a number of different suppliers, including;

Liquid screed offers a faster, more efficient alternative to traditional sand and cement screeds. While traditional methods are prone to cracking and shrinkage after placement, liquid screeds are self-levelling and designed to minimise shrinkage—resulting in a smoother, more durable finish with less risk of structural issues.

Most of our pumped liquid screed floors are walkable within 48 hours, allowing for efficient progress on site. Drying times may vary depending on the specific product used, and our team will advise you accordingly.

Fast Drying Screeds such as Cemfloor & Integracure typically within dry - 21 to 28 days

Concrete and screed technology continues to advance. Our team stay up to date with the latest innovations and will guide you to the best solution for your project needs.

We regularly use Cemfloor and Integracure for clients seeking fast-drying screed options.
For even faster results, we also offer extra quick-drying screeds that typically dry within 7 days. These formulations contain a higher concentration of specialist additives to accelerate the curing process without compromising strength or finish.
